Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2.Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free shipping may be offered on orders above 1200 EGP.
3.Delivery Times
Cairo and Giza : 2–3 business days.
All Other Governorates in Egypt: 3-5 business days.
International orders: 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Delivery times are Estimates Only and may vary due to courier delays or customs inspections.
4.Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
5.Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
QSWRA is not liable for delays or fees accrued by customs.
6.Lost or Damaged Packages

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
